WHAT PAYMENT METHODS CAN I USE?
We take these cards: Visa, AMEX, and Mastercard (gift cards not included).
You can also pay with Apple Pay, Shop Pay, or Google Pay. Super easy and quick!
SHIPPING
WHERE DOES CLEANJOURNEY SHIP?
We ship to almost all of the US, except for Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. Sorry about
that!
In Canada, we ship everywhere except for Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and Yukon.
Just a heads up: We can't
deliver to PO boxes right now. So make sure to use a physical address.

Here's the lowdown on shipping:
• Processing time: Your order will be processed in our warehouse for 1-4 biz days before it hits the road.
• Shipping time: Once it's out, expect it to arrive at your doorstep in 4-7 biz days. Unless there's some crazy weather or other stuff going down.
• Shipping cost: It's an $8.95 flat rate for standard shipping (unless you order above $40, then it’s free!). Pretty sweet deal, right?
• Shipping days: We only ship on weekdays, so don't expect your order to arrive on a weekend or holiday.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order is on its way, we'll send you an email with a tracking number.
You can also find the tracking number by logging into your account and checking your orders.
Click on the order you want to track, and you'll be redirected to a new page where you can track it.
Now, sit back and relax while your parcel makes its way to you! ✌️
NOOOOO I'VE ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS!
We got you! Hit us up here ASAP. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we might be able to change the address for you. No promises, tho. So, the faster you message us, the better chance you have!

MY ORDER WAS DAMAGED DURING TRANSIT 🙁 WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Don't worry, we've got your back. Just hit us up at info@cleanjourney.com with pics of the damaged box and
items.
We'll file a claim with the shipping carrier and figure out how to make it right.
Heads up: We can only handle claims within 30 days of the shipping date. So don't wait too long to report the damage.
RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
RETURN POLICY
We don’t do returns nor exchanges, but hear us out: It’s for hygienic and safety reasons. It’s also to reduce our environmental footprint by preventing additional
packaging and transportation.
This is gonna be pretty obvious, but trust that we need to specify: We also do not offer
compensation for errors of your own nor dissatisfaction. 🤷♀️
However, if there is an issue with your order, we’ll go all out to resolve it for you!
CANCELLATION AND REIMBURSEMENT POLICY
We cannot cancel orders. However, if you mistakenly autofilled with your ex’s
address (or entered any other wrong shipping information) know that we got you. Just contact us here.
PRODUCTS
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS VEGAN AND CRUELTY-FREE?
High-key. As in rest assured that we do not use any animal-based ingredients in the manufacturing of any of our products.
Even more importantly, we do not—and never will—test nor instruct to test our finished products nor our ingredients on animals. We do not tolerate animal cruelty, the end.
DO YOUR PRODUCTS CONTAIN GLUTEN?
We do not currently test for the presence of gluten nor its traces in our finished products. If you have sensitivities, we recommend you consult your doctor, as we don’t play with your health. 🙏 (Yes, we’re being careful here. Sometimes, you gotta.)
DO YOUR PRODUCTS CONTAIN FOOD ALLERGENS (CORN, NUTS, SOY)?
Our products do not contain nuts per se. However, some of them are made using coconut oil, soybean oil, soy protein, cornstarch, and several coconut-derived ingredients. In these specific cases, the substances will be well indicated on the label's ingredient list and on our website’s product page.
Please, please note that we do not analyse the presence of nuts nor any food allergens
in our finished products.
If you suffer from allergies, it is always preferable to ask for a health specialist’s advice
if in doubt. We also recommend testing our products on a small area of the skin before use.
HAVE YOUR PRODUCTS BEEN DERMATOLOGICALLY TESTED?
Yes, but pretty please, if your skin is very reactive or sensitive, do a patch test, okay? 😘
WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE? 🤨
Our products are manufactured in our (✨ very own, thank you ✨) plant on the outskirts of Montreal, Quebec.
IS THE PACKAGING FOR YOUR PRODUCTS RECYCLABLE?
Bet. cleanjourney™ products come in recyclable plastic bottles and tubes. We still advise you to refer to your municipality's sorting rules, tho.
