Products purchased on our website are firm sales. For reasons of hygiene, safety and to reduce our environmental footprint by reducing additional packaging and transportation, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Please also note that we do not offer compensation for errors or dissatisfaction.

We do not use any animal-based ingredients in the manufacturing of any of our products.
We do not perform or instruct to perform tests on animals, either for finished products or ingredients, and do not tolerate animal cruelty.
